BTH @4, the shift has come
Hey Sibling,
Like I fondly call you. Every time I think of you and every one of our many siblings scattered around the world, my heart bursts with joy and gratitude. I thank God for you always, I thank God for how far He has brought you and I, the testimonies I’ve seen, the many friends and life-mates I’ve met through BTH. I want you to know that you matter to me and I care about you.
On such a special day as today, I though it just right that I personally write you this letter. Just so you know this is Mimi Okigbo, “Mimi of nations”, as I am fondly called by some of our siblings. If you had asked me on this day four years ago if I’ll be here doing this I’d have answered heck no. I never set out to build a community or spread to more than 3 continents in four years or a reach we may never know in its fullness. I honestly just wanted to have a quiet lunch date with 9 other Christians who sent me a DM on IG after seeing my story post.
I genuinely hope you understand what it means to be of BTH, when we call ourselves Mimi of BTH or siblings. We’re part of something bigger, it’s an identity, a household, a culture, a people, a representation of the body of Christ. It’s a name that carries weight, an identity tag that’ll carry you into rooms that matter. A name that shows that truly in our midst the veils of denomination can be torn down, that what we see in one another is family. If someone asks you your name again, make sure to include “of BTH” at the end okay. It carries grace!
God has created this unconventional yet holy place for His children to gather and have so muchhhh fun. We get to laugh a lot, rest, refresh, meet other siblings, be seen, known by others, then receive strength for the journey of purpose and destiny. That’s why our anchor scripture is Hebrews Ch.10 vs.24-25.

Yes congratulations to you too. As we turn 4 today and step into our fifth year what I hear is THE SHIFT. We can truly sense this is the least we would ever ever ever be and we are inviting you to journey with us, to get on this moving train now. Be it by attending our hangouts in your city, traveling with us, partnering with us to see BTH spread to more cities and countries, wearing our merch '‘yesss BTH now has merch that we’re actually pre-launching today” or just even praying for us and making monthly donations like some of you have graciously done for months and years.
This Merch has been an idea we’ve nurtured since our Year 1 and finally it’s coming to life. We envision children of God all over the world wearing it as an identity tag, showing their belonging to a greater and bigger family. This Brand is for us, it’s for the body of Christ. By choosing to wear Jesus and BTH, you are sponsoring the gospel. The profits from this would be directly sponsoring missionaries, missions and Christian projects.
